Name and logo are the property of Schoccolatta. They cannot be used without written consent of the owner. The same applies to any other content of our website, including pictures. Downloadable materials may not be reproduced, shared or sold.

02 Products
Products shown in the shop can vary slightly; however, weight and ingredients always correspond with the information in our shop.
03 Ordering
After placing your order via our online shop, you will receive our order acknowledgement, showing the ordered products. Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order.
If we fail to obtain authorization for your payment or the product is unavailable, we will notify you that we will not be able to accept your order.
04 Pricing and Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are added to the product prices and are shown at check out for CDN $. We currently deliver within Canada only. For other countries please send us a message.
05 Payment options
You can either pay via PayPal or choose one of the credit card options on our website.
06 Cancellation and Return Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by notifying us within 14 days of placing the order by email to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of your cancellation, using the same payment method you applied for your payment.
If we have already sent out your order, we will refund you for the products as soon as
we receive the return package from you.
Please note: We can only refund you for undamaged goods that are in their original packaging and have been received by us within 14 days of your cancellation.
The costs of returning the goods to us are your responsibility. We do not accept returns without proper postage.
07 Shipping Damages
Please note that chocolate can be damaged due to temperature variation or rough handling during transport. We put in every reasonable effort to ensure that you get your goods in perfect condition. However we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the journey.
08 Liability
We exclude all liability and responsibility for loss or damage in connection with this website and the materials of it. We will not be held liable for viruses that may infect your computer or software due to the use of this website or downloading materials
from it. Costs for repairs, servicing or replacement will be your responsibility.
09 Experiences
When you book one of our experiences, you will receive your email receipt and details of the course, along with the times and exact location. If you do not receive that within a day, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, contact us at service@schoccolatta.com for assistance.
If, for some reason you booked on a course by mistake, you should email service@schoccolatta.com within 24 hours of making the booking to be offered a full refund.
Otherwise, if you wish to cancel:
- Longer than 4 weeks before the event date: Full refund or transfer to another date is available. Transfer to another person taking your place is also available.
- 4 weeks before the event date: Due to the nature of the event we cannot offer a refund within 4 weeks of the event. You still have the option of transferring to another date or having someone else take your place.
