Hand picked heirloom Cacao, carefully fermented and sun dried to perfection. Stone ground in the Swiss chocolate making tradition for several days. Sweetened with coconut blossom sugar and vanilla bean powder.
Filled with a delicious ganache of white chocolate/almond and candied almond pieces.
